I'm pretty sure team Twiizer already hacked it.

They did.
As far as I know, they did not.
They found an exploit requiring a retail cart in which you could inject a small amount of code.

There was another person who was able to inject a bit more code via WiFi, but it's still not hacked in a widely usable fashion.

No one has truly hacked DSi yet. To fully hacked DSi, one must map out the entire DSi. Without mapping out the entire DSi, no one understands 100% how DSi mode works.

Except the Big N, so go up to their headquarters and scream at them GIMME SOME FREE F**KING DSiWARE. I bet they'd give you everything you need to know then

Those good willed hackers are against piracy, when it does not offer profit for them

Why make flashcarts able to run dumped roms in a way any user can handle?
Because they knew they would make money by selling them to pirates.
I think they do care about those filthy pirates, when they can get money off them

Typically the hardware hackers aren't the ones who make flashcarts.

Generally the people that find the hacks to get custom code running in the first place are against piracy... then other people that don' mind piracy find the hacks and start making tools to let normal people use them for piracy, and they generally take the credit for it.

Great. You want kill small developer groups who launch games for DSiWare. Just great

If they can afford Nintendo's Licensing fees for the dev kits, they're not 'small developer group(s)'.

And for the information of the guy who created this thread to play DS Games with DSi features. Actually, we can run homebrew in DSi Mode: http://davejmurphy.com/dsi-mode-homebrew-anyone/

But there isn´t interest.
There IS interest, but that exploit (and the previous one) require you to buy a retail game that not many people have interest in. And until that recent WiFi exploit was uncovered, the injected code had to be very small. The injected code is STILL relatively small, but significantly bigger than it was before.

there's a homebrew channel now
Got a link for this?
I fear the flood of noob posts when doing a google search for "DSi Homebrew Channel".
lol that's funny and probably true

There's not very much interest in the homebrew scene, and most of the DSiWare games aren't even worth the effort to pirate.
