Hardware Why is my internet so slow?

I looked up my plan with AT&T: "Up to 768kbps".
My max speeds: 90kbps ABSOLUTE PEAK, 60kbps on average.

Should I contact customer support?

BTW, this is NORMAL speeds. Not bittorrent, but like web browsing and stuff.

NVD, I'm stupid. The 90/60 were actually KBps, so... around 720kbps out of 768kbps.

actually that would not be "the best" answer. You should have gave more info on why your speeds are correct so when people who dont know the difference between kb (kilobits) and kB(kilobytes) look at this they dont get even more confused and say "hey he is happy getting a lower speed?"

So the answer should be something like 1kB equals 8kb so
768kbps divided by 8 equals 96kBps which is not to far off from what you are getting.
