Why doesn't Windows ARM exist for Nintendo Switch?

There is Ubuntu, Fedora, Android and they are all ARM compatible platforms.
There is Windows 10 ARM and we do not have distribution on Nintendo Switch.
Is there any explanation?

windows on arm is closed source, someone would need to make it work for that specific platform same reason why there isnt window son arm for every other arm device like your mobile or the nvidia shield etc etc

Not only this, but the only Windows that would run decently under 4GB of RAM would be XP, but even then the lack of drivers would be yet another caveat nightmare on performance.

Because Windows for ARM needs an UEFI bootloader the Switch doesn't have and there are no drivers at all for the hardware. For Linux and Android drivers are already available.
