there was some problems with U-DB a little while ago. try now? should be fixed afaik.

i had the same issue an i fixed it by using my hotspot on my 2ds but you have to make sure that 2.4GHz is selected in the hotspot setting to connect to it

I had this exact issue an I fixed it by hot spotting my device but when hot spotting you have to make sure 2,4GHz is selected in the hotspot settings. hope this helps
