So let's get this straight.
The console boots up fine, right?
Is eveything upto date?
The wii u games that you downloaded either from Nusspli, wiiudownloader or USB helper are not working, right?
The HB apps from miimaker are not working at all, but you can still go into the Hb launcher and see all the apps there, right?
Have you tried a different SD card?

Also. You got the payload.elf error. There's no "playload".

Did you follow this: https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/ when you install Tiramisu for the first time?
yes

I have tried a SD card with 0 Scratches

and I watched a tutorial of a guy doing the same process of wiiu.hacks.guide

so I can mod my WiiU and have fun

...No video guides. wiiu.hacks.guide. I don't care if it was uploaded yesterday, or even today, VIDEO GUIDES ARE ALMOST ALWAYS OUTDATED! There should be a sticky or something.

I don't know which SD card you have used, but get a decent brand one. Either actual sd or micro sd with an adapter. Because all these just pointed to a bad SD card.

Also check if you have 01_sigpatches.rpx file on the SD card too. Seeing that you didn't follow the guide yourself. A step could be missed.

getting a brand new one won't do anything

it's a sandisk 128 gig micro SD card

pluged into a SD card adapter

it's legit you can turst them

and the adapter has not a single scratch on it

and I will try redownloading the 01_sigpatches.rpx file tomorrow

have a good night

The problem is Tiramisu HBL. It breaks some stuff,

You first should install the channel version of HBL (if haven't done it yet), then you have to remove the default HBL provided by Tiramisu from your SD:
Code:
wiiu/environments/tiramisu/modules/setup/50_hbl_installer.rpx

RetroArch Launcher and other forwarders should work fine again.
Ok, this solved the other forwarders, but now my HBL channel shows ??? and doesn't load anything, I alrady had the HBL channel before doing this.
