Why does my theme keep changing colors randomly?

It will be the default colors of the dark theme one session and the next it will change some of the colors (more orange for example). Why is this happening?

It's a glitch that they refuse to fix, from what I've seen.

They're not "refusing" to fix it, fixing it requires rewriting the entire feature. It's something being worked on, but shaunj is also working on other projects for the site that have a higher priority at this particular second.

I really don't see it as a big issue just refresh the page and the problem fixes itself.
