I had over $2500 US enter my personal paypal acc that had never had any incoming transactions within about a 10 day period, had no issues or questions from Paypal whatsoever, and sent it to my bank account in transactions of $500+ each, that was in Jan, Since then i had a heap of incoming tranactions in a 4 week period last June and $300 in 2 days in October, other than that acc has sat dormant, and ive never had issues ever with them asking anything, however when a friend opened business instead of personal, all funds where instantly frozen, even though they put personal payments and some where donations he had to prove receipt of goods, All payments where for services to do with game hacking of sorts... EDIT: and prior to any incoming all that had gone in/out ever was 3 payments for megashares, Here is basically first Transactions on acc, was active for 3/4 months before any incoming
