Hacking Why can't I open Apicula

Why can't open Apicula? My problem is that when I open it, it closes right afterward. I don't know what to do. Pleas can someone help me?
(also i'm sorry if i end up looking like an idiot)
(i also know that this probably is only loosely related to the ds)

Yes (I'm not all too tech savy, all I have is the .exe file) I have no idea (If the source code is needed) Where to store it (I'm running a 32-bit Windows 7 system if that helps)
