I never watched or read one piece(lol) but i say...
The weird blue haired dude on the right. he looks like comic relief.
Who doesn't like comic relief?

My favorites are Franky (the "Blue-haired dude") and Sanji.

Great cast of characters.

Though Luffy is a lot more awesome than the rest of them.
