More like who in Heaven am I. I try not to give anybody the other one. I've been doing a whole lot of activities, made a whole lot of accomplishments, and of course the rough times that I made it through as a result. I like to use humor in bad spots; if I ever get serious and scowl, it means someone really went over the edge and crossed many lines.

I've been working on being more patient and kind, sometimes that is not easy, but always worth it.

hello

Raph here, 53, father of 3 kids (14 to 22). France.
I joined GBATEMP to say thank you to the scene.

THE SCENE, THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID , THEN , NOW , AND TOMORROW !

Done. Few.

I like to hack things whenever I can, just for pleasure.
I hacked programs and games in early 90s when we could still play with a tool called debug.com (in dos command).
Later on, I hacked, of course with the help of the usefull scene some PS3, NDS, 2DS, 3DS, WII, SWITCH1.
Not much interested in gaming (too old), just retrogaming, as I don't want to spend too much time in modern gaming.
Ok, I must admit my kids always look at me with cat eyes wide opened when I start to say "ah, I think I'm gonna purchase another console". They know games will follow...

Thanks to all people kind enough to answer questions to newbies like me.

I remember using a variant of AutoCAD in the 90's as a kid to map Star Wars Dark Forces levels independently. Fun times! I had no idea it was AutoCAD at the time; how times have changed.

"You use more time to program games than you do to play them!" - my sibling. he was laughing that our mutual coding friend from India was coming to me for programming advice, so two of us became known as "Sheldon and Raj", because my friend's name is Raj.

My name is Jody I not only play video games (They are my obsession) but heavily into martial arts and boxing. Studied them for most of my life. I've studied tang soo do, krav maga, judo, and boxing. I tang soo do I learned under master maryann walsh who was on the cover of black belt magazine a long time ago. She passed away from cancer. Under Judo I studied under PA State Judo Champion Fred Murty but he passed away its quite personal and don't want to talk about it. Would be here all day mentioning sensei's and dojos so I just wanted to give an example. Some other things I love is cooking I'm not the best chef around but I do love making different types of food. Recently made some mongolian chicken and it came out pretty good. I love skateboarding would watch all the pro's on tv love tony hawk, bam margera, rodney mullin as he practically invented a lot of the tricks you see and also rune glifberg. I can do a few tricks but not that good at it mostly just watch I tend to fall a lot on my ass lol. I'm passionate about writing film scripts and stories. Love reading novelizations some of my favorite writers are steven king, clive barker, tom clancy, hp lovecraft. Would like to share a good krav maga demo by one of its masters.

Ah.. you mean your friends passed away being into it? That sucks to hear. I normally wouldn't mention this but my Judo Sensei Fred Murty passed away from committing suicide. Shot himself in the head outside of a church in his car. My fault.. at the time hadn't trained under him in years but I blame myself because I felt that I should have kept in touch more that if I did I could have helped him. See, a martial arts sensei matters a lot as he/she not only teaches you the arts and learn waza from but also are great listeners and can help you through lifes tough paths.

Forgot to say that at 1:31 in the krav video a much better solution would have been to drop the right knee on the downed attackers carotid artery in the neck then clear with the hand gun. This makes much more sense because the attacker could always grab your firearm from the ground and if there is another guy with a gun in front of you your dead.
