I got it too, but I doubt it PMed everyone, probably just all the users on the "online users" or latest posts or something. PMing everyone would take a long time for a bot, it wouldn't have reached me before it got banned, and even if it did I think there's a limit on how many PMs you can send within a specific amount of time.
