Not sure. I think the youngest I've seen is 9. However, I don't think it's real. I've also seen several 5 year olds ask "What is this?" Fucking annoying is what they are.

Who is the oldest one?

Well back in January I did a poll? - the eldest one (who bothered to vote) was ddetkowski (48), with me coming second or third @ 43 - the third person to vote in that age range, I don't think did a post so I can't be sure of his/her age

There was only one person who was 10 @ the time - but did say they were turning 11 on the 20th IIRC
