I got it just to play mirrors edge, but I payed $5 so I could get battlefield 3 too.

No as the games don't really interest me and I made myself not to buy any indie bundles unless they have at least one game I'm interested in enough to make it worth it. I made that mistake far too many times.

Didn't buy it since I don't like EA or their business practices.

The only problem with that is, you would have gotten some really great games legally, for free, without a cent going to EA..
None of the money went to EA, all of it went to charity.
Due to how they've handled their business and customer relations in the past and possibly also in the future I do not think they even deserve the attention given to them by doing it for charity. That is why I donated cash on my own instead.

I don't mind charity, but the way I see it EA seems to be doing it for the sake of trying to repair previous huge mistakes by "doing charity work" instead of actually trying to fix any of the issues EA as a company has.

I'm an end user/consumer. It's all about the games. If there are good games up for grabs, I get them. Origin, Steam, either way it adds to my collection.

If EA wonder why I've only paid for one game out of their library (and that didn't go to EA either), then it's a sign to them that their library is a little lacking and their pricing a little uncompetitive.
