Hi everyone !

I have a problem with my DSTT I just recieved from http://www.extremejeux.com/
I tried with many firmwares (even those from the faq example) but none of them had worked.
With or without the SD card, it's the same thing, my DS is blocked on the advertisement screen which stay a little white.

What does it mean ? That my DSTT won't work at all ?

Thanks a lot in advance

First, format the microSD card, if its 2GB or less format in FAT, 4GB or more format in FAT32

Copy an official Firmware first to test the card is working as it should.

FRENCH version
ENGLISH version

Then copy a rom that we all know should work, NO NEW GAMES i.e. try Mario Kart

Come back once you've done that and tell us what's going on.

I got the same as I used to get

I formated in FAT32 but it was done automatically I couldn't choose.

What should I do now ?

Thanks

It should give you the option, what OS are you using?

If your getting the same results even with Mario Kart and your using an Official Firmware, it's quite possible your DSTT card is faulty and needs exchanging.

Is it a DSST? or a DSTTi?

Also what DS do you have? a DS or a DSi?

I'm using Mac OS X and on the box of my DSTT (not a DSTTi) is written http://ndstt.com/
So I think it's not a fake.
I have a DS fat but I tried also on DS Lite.

This is not really a white screen, it happens on the first screen. I'll send you a pic' :

We can't really see, but it's the first screen that happens when we light the DS. The screen hasn't completly faded in.

Those pictures are not White screens, that is the DS startup screen

Take out the flash card and blow into your DS's slot a few times and put the flash card back in and then turn it on again. This happens to mine occasionally.

Yes it's the startup screen but not faded completly.

I've tried many times, but blowing doesn't change anything :S

Thanks nevertheless.

Up.

What could I do then ?
I don't understand... :S

It seems that my DSTT is not a fake, I looked throught the SD port with light and I think mine is true.

Try applying slight pressure downward from the back of the card when inserted as you turn it on. Mine does that sometimes and that usually fixes it.

WTF you guy are noobs!!! Don't answer if you don't know!!!

Your DSTT Got tampered with by official firmware. (Yeah yours is a clone). But life is all good It still very good just flash it with fake recovery. http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=4086
The problem is you have to use a working flashcart to do it or yours will just have work once it will do it... cross fingers...
Install unofficial firmware also it wont brick your card http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=7377

Yep, most definitely a fake. Either the DSTT itself is screwed, or it was zapped by fake-killer firmware. I'd get a refund either way and spend a little more to get an AceKard.

Well, I put the unofficial firmware on my card and then the fake recovery.
But nothing more :/

Is it that you told me to do ?

Did you RUN the fake recovery?
You need to run it in order to fix your card.
If your card cant boot at all youll need another flashcard to fix this one.
But it still good it not ruined. You can get refunded but it not worth it most of the time.
Try to boot your card still you need it to boot only once.
If this dont work buy another card to fix this one(or use your friend if you can)... youll have two

Why you loose all this time?!

Send it back to the shop and thats all!

A linker must work directly, if it dont, send it back!

Yeah, but the seller told me to come here and ask questions :/
How can I fix it with another card ? Can I do it with a R4 ?

Thanks.

The work of the seller is to give you working linker...
if it dont work, send-it back...

What is this kind of seller?!

I just won it so I think it could be different.
I asked him if I could change.

By the way, this seller is somewhat your admin i think : Costello.
That's why he told me to come on his site.

Fix it with a R4 if you can; just run fakerecovery on other card and change card when asked.
Sending back a card is often as much expensive as buying another. Better off buying another
