Hardware white psp....

hey, i wanted to know, since im heading for a trip to China soon, a couple of things about the PSP. so i was wondering if you guys could help me out:

1) if i buy a white PSP, do i need to buy an a/c adaptor for it or can the charger work in the U.S. as well?

2) a friend confused me by telling me that PSPs arent available in Hong Kong. I didnt believe it, but just incase i wanted you guys to tell me. Am i able to buy it in Hong Kong?

After looking around for a little bit

1. yes the u.s ac adapter would work

2. yes they are in hongkong but not every store that sells psps

i hav a american psp and i live in a 240v country but the supplied american adapter works fine since it supports both 110 and 240 v, this is also true for my japanese psp so there is no problem in power supplies

If you want to find a white psp in hongkong just go to any gameing store ( they're every where ) .
I visited there last year and im sure the white psp will be in one of them.

I've heard that white psp plays US games, but not the movies, is this true? Also you think they are shipping with new 2.7 firmware (which cant be downgraded yet)?

It will only play movies from the same region that you bought the PSP.
