Hardware white dots on screen vwii wii u

hi guys, I've noticed some white dots in some textures while playing on my virtual wii's wii U, lot of games like 007, zelda, resident evil and so on, some people said it's about broken graphics card but when I play wii U games on my console there is no white dots at all so what can it be?
