Speech, definitely. Without hearing you wouldn't be able to listen to music and without eyesight you wouldn't be able to watch movies or tv shows or anything else. That would be really depressing, especially if you had those senses before they were taken away.

Eyesight is needed because without it, life's dark and I won't ever understand what's going on around me.
Hearing is needed otherwise I'll having to watch people do sign language which kinda creeps me out T_T
