Hacking Which Region is Best for Neogamma R7?

For No More Heroes what is the best region to run on NeoGamma R7.
I know theirs compatibility lists but there all saying different things...

1. You don't need to bump topics. Someone will get to them eventually.
2. Region is irrelevant for most (not all) games when playing through loaders. In general, you're probably best off playing games in your own region, but an alternative region is typically fine if your region isn't available. If you get an oddly-colored picture or choppy lines on the screen, try forcing your video region in the loader options. Other than that, no differences.

NTSC for this one game, as the PAL version is censored to get past the USK (German censors).

Actually, I forgot about this, but yeah, No More Heroes NTSC is preferable since the blood isn't removed. The ridiculous jets of blood when you decapitate enemies with finishing moves is one of the game's trademarks.
