Hacking Which R4 to buy?

Hey everyone, I have an Acekard 2i which I want to replace with a R4i Gold. But the problem is there are crazy amounts of R4i cards and I don't know which is reliable/not a clone/ compatible etc.

What would be the best flashcart/kernel for me? Other than DSTWO.
I'm looking for one that can do A and some of the others.
A: Fast updating for new 3ds firmwares.
B:Works on latest 3ds firmware right away without using a normal ds.
C: Pre loaded cheat database
D:good GBA emulation.
E:other homebrew support.
F: Multiple sav file storing.
G: CHEAP under 35$

Just A, G and B are most needed here. C-F would be nice. Any suggestions?

The DSTwo is the only cart that's never needed a new model to bypass a 3DS update. Ever. And it came out before the 3DS. It's also got the best GBA emulation, by far.
