Hacking Which program to use?

I need an app which basically makes my usb wiiu readable, and also transfers the games to the usb drive.

But in a way which doesn't make me obligated to download the game.

But a way assumes i already have the game and just need it transferred.

Any help?... Cheers! (of course i'll need a guide attached to that but i assume it has one on the app's page)

There isn't one that doesn't require for you to download the game, but there is a build in copy to SD function for stuff that you downloaded in Wii U USB Helper.
