Well the one I read was a copy-paste a friend gave me, but a quick Google gave me this:

Basicly they're saying they're too busy to localize a game with as much text as TLS.

It's sad that they're too lazy to do their work.
It'd be less challenging if Nintendo Japan had Nintendo of Europe working on the game as the game was being developed, but of course they can't do that...
