PES 2021 Patch 2026 for Nintendo Switch

FootballNX 26 is the continuation of my previous PES21 NX project.

The project has now been renamed to FootballNX 26, with a much larger update focused on improving the overall Nintendo Switch experience, updating the game content for the 2026 season, expanding the number of playable teams, and improving stability, graphics, menus, and controller support.

Compared to the previous PES21 NX release, FootballNX 26 is a much more complete package and includes a large number of improvements and new content.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

FootballNX 26 is based on the previous PES21 NX compatibility project and continues its development with updated content, improved compatibility, and a more complete football experience on Nintendo Switch.

The goal of FootballNX is to provide a convenient and stable way to enjoy the game on Nintendo Switch while continuing to improve the overall presentation, controls, compatibility, and offline gameplay experience.

FootballNX 26 can now be downloaded directly from my personal website


IMPORTANT

FootballNX 26 does not include the original game or copyrighted game files.
You must provide your own legally obtained compatible copy of the original game and any required game data.
Please do not request copyrighted game files, ROMs, keys, or other protected content in this thread.


This project is still being improved, so feedback and bug reports are welcome.
If you encounter any issues, please include as much information as possible about what happened and when the problem occurred.

This is actually an official donation via the Ko-fi platform and every donate for minimum $2 then donation emails will be recorded in my personal website's database. Alternatively, you can join my Telegram channel there are already around 300 members there.

A quick question: could you do the '27 version and update the rosters, please? That's all I'm asking for—though if you could update the jerseys too, that would be great.

Actually, the current players and kits/jersey are sourced from Football Life 26 (PES 21 PC), so I need to wait for the update to FL27.

If you have to pay for something to access it that isn't a donation have the decency to call what it actually is a purchase.

Also making paid mods with copyrighted content is bound to get you in hot water. Besides the legal stuff I find it a bit distasteful charging for mods especially those that have copyrighted content.

First, thank you for your attention. I actually explicitly stated that this is a modpack based on a previous project, and I never referred to it as a donation. I simply utilized the platform's feature that supports international payments. So, what is being sold? I clearly stated in the Telegram group that the sale represents compensation for the effort put into updates, and I even mentioned that the proceeds would fund future development which will remain free forever.

"which will remain free forever"

It's not free now. Just because you didn't refer to it as a donation does not mean you're not treating it like one, but more importantly, it's being treated like a purchase.

I think it’s fair for him to charge for the time he spent licensing teams and making additions. The fact that this is possible might encourage other modders to do the same and release their work for free. We have to see if the community is strong enough to pull that off. I just hope this marks the beginning of various community-made patches. He probably should have released the first version of this patch for free to show how good it is and build support for when he adds something complex, like Master League.

He didn't license anything. And it's illegal (and paints a target on your back and the back of the community) to charge for someone else's IP.

I do think it should have been donation first even though I paid for it as I am a huge PES fan and enjoyed the previous free release. KONAMI missed a trick not releasing on switch and this is better in some ways than their SW2 kick off! game as the AI and keeper are better than the terrible AI they have on e-football.

Teams are great - just a shame some Premier League teams are still missing. I wanted to play Man City vs Sunderland but there was no Sunderland.

The gameplay still slows down and crashes after 2 matches. Hope this can be fixed. Running on launch day switch.

The player arms have a green hue and legs a black hue. Some hair is blue and yellow. Hoping it can be fixed as is a shame.

No replay is a shame too - but not a huge miss.
