Hacking Which one is better vhbl vs. Retro arch ?

VHBL is essentially running in the Vita's PSP mode, so it does not really have access to many of the Vita's native capabilities. I think that VHBL is pretty much only useful for running certain emulators that are not natively on Vita yet or are not optimized well enough yet for Vita. For example, the current state of GBA emulation natively on the Vita through Retroarch and mGBA still leave a lot to be desired (although both have greatly improved), hence for now it might be best to use GPSP in VHBL for near full speed GBA emulation. Another example of where you might want to use VHBL is for emulating the Commodore 64 using Vice, which to my knowledge is not available natively on the Vita itself. However, for nearly everything else (at least for things that are available) I think you would be best off using the native Vita version. NES, Genesis, MAME, CPS, Neo Geo, and many other systems are emulated quite well on the Vita's native mode either through Retroarch or other standalone emulators.
