Best emulator for amiga?

I have uae installed and i just tried retro arch but both crash my switch

I have a number of kickstarts and roms which emulator can i use on my modded switch running 20.5 firmware?

I use this one without any problems but I don't play anything too heavy... Mostly Dizzy!

Are you using title redirection, for full ram mode?
Don't launch retroarch or uae from the gallery. Just launch any installed game holding the R trigger to enter full ram homebrew launcher.

Basically its not in aplet mode if thats what u meant?

Ah my apologies... I am still on fw19 so this could be the why.

I thought so, id prob suggest not to upgrade then

a. not a lot of amiga fans on here
b. if they are its unclear if firmware 20.5 works for amiga emulation because the error that gets thrown up looks like a comptbility issue.

Do you have anything in the \atmosphere\content folder (other than maybe Sys-Patch?
If you do try to remove it temporarily and reboot your Switch

I cant see sys patch folder in this directy

I think they are cheat files but with exception to the very first...

The Sys-Patch folder is called 420000000000000B
I would try to remove everything but that folder (if you have it). Just move it to somewhere else. Reboot your Switch and see if that helps. If not move everything back again.

long story short there r a lot of my games that have cheats etc so i need these folders in place but- what makes u think this method will work for the amiga emulator?

sys modules like sys-tweak tend to cause issues with different software.

Yes your cheats will be back when you copy them back

Alrite i will give this a go but did u notice the very top folder… looks different from the rest does it mean anything?

UAE4ALL2 emulator works on FW 21.0.0.
PUAE (RETROARCH) works on FW 21.0.0.
