Hacking Question Which Nintendo Switch pack is "hackable"

I live in France and I wanted to buy a Nintendo Switch on Amazon, and I would like to know if there are any specific bundle, that are still not patched. So that I can use it with a CFW

Put your serial number of the switch in this (https://akdm.github.io/ssnc/checker/) website and then check if it is hackable or not. That's about the only way i know of how to check that

Never bought a bundle console but I think if the box remains sealed then op might have a point
Cause those boxes must be from when those games were new
So it could be that those boxes contain consoles that are from before july

(Guessing you didn't click on the Amazon link I put in my post or don't know what a bundle is like the op)
A "bundle" console is when it's bundled with a game. Just because the box is sealed doesn't make it a "bundle"
I listed bundle switchs that the community lately bought that are patched and not patched to help the op but his price point the Amazon listing isntba bundle it's gray or neon which is standard consoles or bundle with Nintendo online time. This isn't a true bundle as it will be a stock console with a card added to the order.
The community likes bundles as all bundles are manfacured the same time (usually, Mario kart an exception I have seen) so we would know what type of unit is in it

They could be, or if there is a particularly popular bundle then it may have been re-issued for christmas.

I wouldn't rely on Fortnight for example.

Amazon have a good returns policy (at least in the UK) where some of the reasons for returning give you free return postage.

If it's not hackable then you should be able to return it saying it doesn't meet your requirements.
