Which Lain dub do people prefer?

[Plazorn]

I started by watching the English dub, but in my second rewatch I’m doing the Japanese dub. The Japanese audio sounds much clearer and higher quality, however the English audio is hilarious and meme-worthy. There’s apparently dubs in many other languages as well, including Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian and maybe more; these I will use in future rewatches. What are your favorite dubs in Serial Experiments Lain?

[SylverReZ]

English dub.

[IC]

Haven't any other than the original Japanese.

[Plazorn]

English dub.

Why is the English dub your favorite?

Haven't any other than the original Japanese.

I guess that that's how it was originally created to be viewed as.

[SylverReZ]

Why is the English dub your favorite?

Has the most awkward and memeable moments.

[Jayro]

I've actually only seen the English dub... I should try it again in Japanese.
