i got the console two weeks ago and i updated but I don't care i will run homebrew somehow or i will get the TX solution

I'm on the latest firmware because the scene is in its infancy. It's going to be a while before it's worth a damn. By then, TX will have a method. So, I'm okay with it.
Even if I had known about hax for 3.0.0, I still would've updated because I want games more than hacks.
TBH, I'm not concerned.
I don't chase homebrew, I let homebrew chase me.
If it happens to catch me on whatever (latest) fw version I happen to be in, then good for it, I guess I will use it.
Meanwhile, and in either case finally, I'm here for the games I've bought, so I keep playing them.

Latest update, as a matter of fact I updated not too long ago I believe this past week. I'm not too hyped about an exploit just yet. I maybe will after about a year or two. For now I want to keep my 'slate' clean. (bad pun)

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem. -

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
