Homebrew Which Emulators are fairly stable and load roms from USB?

I've read the sticky and noticed that it hasn't been updated in a long time. I'm currently using Snes9xGX, FCEUGX, GenPlus-GX, SMSPlus-GX, and VBA-GX.

Is there any other recommended\stable USB loading emulators?

Wii64 and WiiSX MOD can play a few games full speed and from USB.

I use Snes9xGX and FCEUGX only. both support roms on usb.

i think you have stated it all. wii64 and the ps emu is still not stable yet.
