I've tried numerous sites that always link me to a suspicious Chinese gateway credit card processing site. Any safe way to pay?(modchipwarehouse, bestr4i, etc)

nds-card is good,you can pay by Paypal and they are supported by this site (and they resent my r4 when it got lost in the post
