if you're only going to use it for ntrboothax, there's going to be more supported cards by the time it's out so you don't have to spend a lot of money on one.

Never showed the flashcard itself. Wait until they release the hack to see what cards are available plus you might even find a cheaper one.
Normmatt was a AKAIO programmer so I do understand people say this is a Acekard 2i but please wait for more so you don't buy a card that can't really be used for what you wish for.

I know the site is gbatemp's sponsor,I have bought again from them but after reading this page I got a little worried for this specific card.

Pictures look legit, box and stickers both. Stock photos don't mean much generally, but as the official sponsor, I'd give then the benefit if the doubt.

I ordered one a little over a week ago so I could get one before they get obliterated by hype. I'll let you know when it finally gets here. Gotta love ordering from China. They said at most it could take 20 days.

Normmatt confirmed that he's running it on AK2i, so it's a safe bet that the released version will support that from day 1, support for other flashcarts might not come until later.

The day after is also when they removed the standalone packages and only made the SD bundles available on the main navigation of the site. You can still get to the sales page of the standalone cartridge through other means (unless they finally took it down), but I have no idea if you can actually make a purchase.

My AK2i from nds-card came in today. I'll check it out and report back when I get home around 8 tonight.

Edit: So according to posts I've seen elsewhere apparently I got a clone. Apparently the font used denotes this.

Edit 2: This card works perfectly with the latest version of Luma and AKAIO. No problems at all and I didn't have to do a firmware upgrade.

That font is the correct one. I have real AK2i since FW 2.0 and the lettering is like that.

I would not worry. Even if it is a clone, if it allows you to use AKAIO 1.9 and it has HW: 81 then you should be fine. If it ends up being a good clone then props to the ones who manufactured them.

On a side note, I am really happy with CFW as it allowed me to save a bricked card I had back with FW 4.1. It made me purchase a second one but now I have one for the O3DS and another one for the N3DS. If it weren't for that I would have to buy one now. And I also haven't opened mine to check which board I have, and I do not plan to.
