Hacking Where is SL1?

Whrere is the SL1 Located on the Nintendo DS phat? I don't know where it is, seriously!

Under the pink sticker. Touching one of the other two will cause the DS to turn off, which is a bad thing to do in the middle of flashing your firmware.

Please go to the official FlashMe website which has images showing you where to short the contact. It's best to be well-informed when making a change as risky as FlashMe, so you don't want ignorance to screw you up.

Well, I did go to the official site, and all they had was a big arrow that pointed to (it looked like to me) all the holes.

I just flashed a DS phat last Saturday, and that's definitely the SL1, but you have to jam your toothpick in there good and cover the tip of it in a good bit of foil. Enough foil would probably be about a 1mm layer over the end of the toothpick.

I flashed my ds! BTW, i intentionally tried to make my DS turn off, but i couldn't! Oh well

I don't think it does, I just tried it.

I just flashed a DS phat last Saturday, and that's definitely the SL1, but you have to jam your toothpick in there good and cover the tip of it in a good bit of foil. Enough foil would probably be about a 1mm layer over the end of the toothpick.

I just flashed my DS too, and you really need to shove the toothpick in there; I spent a really long time unable to short it with the installer at 0% until I jammed it in hard and got a spark :\
