He wasn't banned at all as far as I know.

I actually made an inquiry regarding why he has vanished in the staff forum. As far as I know his account has been deleted, something we never do to banned members. More than likely he requested an account deletion. Going through the last few posts he made in the forum trash can I saw that he had edited his more recent ones to "edited."
