Back when I was like 14 and signed up for MapleStory, my first character I made had long shaggy hair, squinted eyes, and really pale skin. He was a boy, and he looked sick, thus, Sicklyboy.

2-3 years later I quit MS and got into WoW. I rolled an orc hunter. Skin was green. Green = sick. Sicklyboy stuck.
