Where can I find CIA files for my 3ds

I'm trying to find more games to add to my homebrewed 3ds(Cia files to be exact). But I keep finding 7z files. Should I convert those files to a Cia file, or find an actual file?

They're compressed. Get .7z.

if you know how 7z files work. You can extract those folders and what ya are looking for in in thoses.

You can use 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract them.
