Hacking where can i check if wii is PAL/NSCT?

go to options in you wii menu and if there is in the corner an U than its ntsc have you a E its pal so like 3.2 E is pal

Your Wii, or your WAD files ? Wii Menu.. system settings and it's on the upper right.. 3.xE = Europe ( PAL )
3.xU = USA ( NTSC )
