Use homebrew to launch rxtools
You can cold boot to rxtools very easy.

Yeah you're not supposed to be constantly starting your CFW through the browser, that's straight up odd. Use menuhax or run it through the HBL or such.

You only need to access homebrew and then run rxtools via its .3dsx

I finally understood how the homebrew launcher works today so I think I should be able to figure out how to update my 4.5 sysnand to 9.2 to make use of the cold boot thing.

But basically, what I want to happen is just the way I booted into homebrew launcher by holding L when I downgraded a 3DS from 10.3 today, I boot holding L into RxTools? Is this how it's supposed to work?

Ah, so rxtools is just like an application there alongside all other folders in the '3ds' folder at the root of the card?
