What's the order of watching for MCU?

My sistra told me to watch Marvel's movies
However, she told me to watch them in their chronological order, which isnt based on releases dates
She told me Captain America the first avenger was the very first one
But she couldn't tell me more
Does someone have the complete list, please?

The story's make no sense to follow as a chronologic , maybe the comics but i think you can watch them in order of their release date as it is a good way to follow the series.

also believe the release order is the best order to watch them in. Most of the movies (especially the recent ones) assume you have watched the previous ones. Like Captain Marvel (next Marvel movie after Ant Man and the Wasp) is supposed to take place in the 90's IIRC but I doubt that you'd want to watch that second.
