Hacking What's the latest/best softmod for a friend?

I have chip on my Wii but my friend want's a softmod and I've been out of the loop since Waninkoko's leaked loader. Can anyone link me to the best loader? Any special set up steps? Thanks.

Then install the cIOS and it will work
