Should the NDS, Homebrew and GBA folders be IN the System folder or in the root of the SD Card? Could someone post there file structure so i can get it right?

Thanks,
Cameron.

they can be anywhereand named like you want, you just need to ptouch the little folder icon in the bottom left in the DS or gba menu.

I have:
NDS - with .nds files inside
GBA - with gba roms
Skin - with skins
HB - with HomeBrew
System (hidden)
directly in th root of the SD card

Is the above correct?

Bear in mind this is for the correct M3 firmware, not Sakura.

Yes it is.but if you want to add some skins:

-create 4 folders inside the SYSTEM folder.

-name them skin1,skin2,skin3,skin4

-extract the skin files to the folder.one skin per folder

That should work

But the TouchPod firmware is not the "correct" firmware
Sakura is official (and better) as well
Touchpod:
+Loader is updated faster
+ in-built emus (although they aren't that good.
-slow gui
-no sliding in file selection
Sakura:
+super cool gui
-slow updates
-bad Homebrew support
-no in-build emus (although not really a con)

you see sakura isn't really better
