No program will teach you by itself ..so probably the best thing is to have some material to study, and then, dedication and dedication..

As Gahars pointed, Densetsu's thread has more than enough for you to get started..

after you find your ways around that thread, I recommend using Anki for lessions of memorization ...but don't rush it.. take a good read on that thread first.
