what's everyone using instead of LibHac + hactoolnet?

trying to create a mod for hades 2. stuck trying to extract the pkg files after dumping them. anyone please help.

edit: forgot to mention that apparently the hactool available is not compatible "doesn’t recognize newer package/NCA formats (hence the repeated “Invalid NCA header” message).
