She works in the same department as I do, we talk whenever she's in and available but in terms of getting her a gift I wouldn't want to give her something too grand or romantic, just somewhere between the two.

Things she likes: Furbies, dye her hair (she's got a mix of black, yellow and green now), talking about herself, girly stuff, toys.

This upcoming week I won't even see her 'cause she's only in two days and of those days, I'm off so maybe the week after.

Anal beads.

You said she liked toys.

This. Or a dragon dildo. Or a horse cock. Something along these lines :teach:

Get her for what?
If it's just a random gift, then don't. That's weird.

And for reals, this. You should probably make your intentions clear, ask her out or something, don't just buy some random item and give it to her. That's creepy, especially if you only talk to her at work.

Before getting her gifts of any kind, you should try asking her out, first. Spend time with her away from the workplace and show her a good time. See if there's any common ground between you two and start from there. Try to find out what she's passionate about, not just "things she likes." If you two happen to share the same passion, even better. It would give you a better reason to get her a present (after 2-3 dates). Instead of being a borderline-creepy "just because" present, it'll be more like "hey, I was thinking about [that thing we were talking about the other day] and I saw [something related to it] that I thought was really cool, and I figured you'd like it, too." You can even tell her that she'd better take it off your hands before you change your mind and keep it for yourself, it's just that cool. Joking's always good.

And you want to make sure that your intentions are clear from the beginning. If not, then you risk being friend-zoned.
They still sell Furbies?

*EDIT*
Dammit Tom Bombadildo, you posted pretty much what I was taking my sweet-ass time writing

Yep and they're expensive as hell. Around $60 where I work.

Just so I get this straight, you're asking a bunch of internet people in their teens and early 20s what you should buy for someone you know personally, but have no relationship with?

I forgot most people don't get into relationships until their late 20's.
Rite?
Rite. Yeah I don't really get your point.

None of what you said is relevant to what I said. My point is that it's incredibly daft to ask a forum full of people who do not know who you are dating (or even OP, for that matter) what to get someone. He knows what she likes already, why is he asking a bunch of people completely uninvolved with the relationship or lack thereof?

Anal beads.

You said she liked toys.

I can confirm this as a good gift!

You could also get her the skulls of her enemies coated in silver for which to drink her ale from as she watches over her kingdom.

I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Sounds like it would be an exciting ride....

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
He ruined it basically. Sad cause it was a decent old bike. It would take more money to rewire the bike than it was worth tho.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
