can someone tell me why i dont have to use that software when putting roms on my N card All i have to is drag and drop so whats the software for ??? also how the hell do you format the N card.

The software really isn't necessary and just makes things more complicated.

To format a UFPEX (or clone) just connect it to your PC as you would to copy ROMs across, then before powering on, hold down L+R+Down then when in the main DS menu, continue holding L+R+Down and also press and hold A+B. The UFPEX will load and self-format.
