Manjaro is Arch, just a more stable/easier to use version of Arch for people new to Linux ;) If you like Arch, and people are suggesting it, opt for Manjaro. If you want to try Debian, pretty much anything Debian-based will run well on those new specs so you can try whatever, Linux Mint, Ubuntu, install Debian on your own, etc.

yeah I think I will go to manjaro (xfce) at the end and move on arch if i'm getting experienced enough with time

it's look like arch is a beast but I also heard it's not stable ?
Arch itself is stable, but all of the packages for it are "bleeding edge". This means that you could install something third-party that's unstable, but this typically doesn't result in a totally broken system. Arch is definitely a hobbyist's distro, though, so if you're not comfortable with spending a lot of time in the terminal bug hunting and doing hacky things for workarounds, I'd recommend going with Debian. If you like the barebones aesthetic of Arch but don't want to spend all the time configuring your environments, there's BunsenLabs Linux. It used to be called Crunchbang, and it's just a very minimal, pre-configured Debian fork.
