So I believe it's correct to start a new thread on this as it would be necroposting in the year-old and decade-old threads on these things.

These are two different personality models that look at different things. The former is you in a a more-broad sense. The latter is you in a more-narrow sense.

There are shortcuts for these things. First of all:
Code:
MBTI

Artisan
ESFP - Performer
ESTP - Promoter
ISFP - Composer
ISTP - Crafer

Guardian
ESFJ - Provider
ESTJ - Supervisor
ISFJ - Protector
ISTJ - Inspector

Idealist
ENFJ - Teacher
ENFP - Champion
INFJ - Counselor
INFP - Healer

Rational
ENTJ - Fieldmarshal
ENTP - Inventor
INTJ - Mastermind
INTP - Architect
If none of the individual type descriptors jump out, here's what each letter means:
Code:
E/I = Energized by connecting with others OR energized by doing your own thing.
N/S = Focus on possibilities OR focus on what already is.
F/T = Focus on "feelings" OR focus on "facts."
J/P = Orderly OR disorderly.

My MBTI is ESTP!

Now literally pick the code for the pair of words that most describes you. (primary, secondary)

Code:
Enneagram

8w7 - Challenger, Enthusiast
8w9 - Challenger, Peacemaker

9w8 - Peacemaker, Challenger
9w1 - Peacemaker, Reformer

1w9 - Reformer, Peacemaker
1w2 - Reformer, Helper

2w1 - Helper, Reformer
2w3 - Helper, Achiever

3w2 - Achiever, Helper
3w4 - Achiever, Individualist

4w3 - Individualist, Achiever
4w5 - Individualist, Investigator

5w4 - Investigator, Individualist
5w6 - Investigator, Loyalist

6w5 - Loyalist, Investigator
6w7 - Loyalist, Enthusiast

7w6 - Enthusiast, Loyalist
7w8 - Enthusiast, Challenger

My Enneagram is 7w8!

These things are harmless time wasters in the same vein as those "Which Pokemon/Spice Girl/Superhero are you" tests, but the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator claims to have scientific merit and companies are actually taking it into account when hiring, so that one can do damage.

They're written just vague enough to kinda cover most people's personalities, in the way that you can see your results and go, "mhm, mhm, I'm totally like this!". Whether or not they hold any merit, I don't know. I've never heard of the other test, but I do think the last few times I played around with the MBTI I got INTP.
