I read through the stickies and also searched through the forums several times before posting. Maybe I missed it, and if so then its my bad. I admit that I didn't Google it, which I should have done.

I don't understand the zero-tolerance stance for new guys on these boards. Sure, I don't know my asshole from my elbow when it comes to modding a Wii, but I ask questions in a polite way and have understandable grammar and spelling.

My bad. It's tough to discern the irritated know-it-all kids from the smart-assed adults like yourself and I.

So back to my question; is Nintendo really doing anything to the guys who have pirated Wiiware and/or Virtual Console games installed on their Wii's?

How about the guys who are softmodded? Is Nintendo doing anything to them besides releasing new firmware that removes HBC, etc?
