Homebrew What is the "programID" in regionthree?

or Maybe its for Booting the Cartridge

0x00100180 activates rebootsystem and clears the FIRM permabuf. I think what you're looking for is 0x00000002, which is the game cart mediatype.

Edit: If you ARE trying to access the SD card for any sort of .3DS launching, changing the 2 to a 1 in the second value will change the mediatype to SD.
