2 gigs on most firmwares , they say 4 gigs on 3.4 , but i havent tested that ... plus tthere is a work around for 4 gigs on earlier versions but its complicated , so take it its generally 2 gigs to be safe

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
