Hacking What is the better choice?

I was thinking if I should just go buy a brand new 2DS and use a CFW instead of getting Sky3DS and just sell my current 2DS . Am I doing the right choice? I live in the Philippines, and the Sky3DS is wortth roughly PHP 5,000 with 16 gb SD card while a brand new 2DS costs PHP 5,300 any drawbacks when I use this? https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-rxtools-roxas75-3ds-toolkit-fw-2-0-9-2.382782/ also is it guaranteed that majority of the 2DS are on 9.2 below?

Majority are, just check that the copyright date is 2014 or less. Sky3DS can't block anti-piracy checks on newer games.

Yes, and you can use emuNAND too

If you update past 9.2, then there is no current way of flashing your backup nand back to the system (unless you hard mod the 3ds)
BTW there is a new sky3ds card known as the sky3ds+ that is firmware upgradable as well as resolving the AP check
