You can turn the NRO into a NSP

The only restart option would be to load into Hekate, Im not sure if it possible for shut off on it.

On studios panckake you are presented in order:

• Boot Configs (Read from you hekate_ipl.ini file)
• Ini Config (list INI files from your SDMC:/bootloader/ini folder)
• UMS (card reader)
• Payloads (list all files on your SDMC:/bootloader/payloads folder)

The example you show is on ANOTHER Overlay called UltraHand, I really do not use it so much.
